Vice President of Clinical Operations

Matt Webster, MS, is Vice President of Clinical Operations at Tisento Therapeutics. He brings more than 25 years of operational experience in biotech in rare disease, CNS, oncology, metabolic disease, allergy, gastrointestinal disease, and genitouriniary disease. As the head of Clinical Operations, Matt is responsible for operationalizing and executing clinical studies. Prior to joining Tisento, Matt was at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals where he played a key role in bringing Imcivree to market.  

Prior to working in industry, Matt held research positions in allergy and immunology at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and The University of New South Wales. Matt holds a BS in Biology from UMass Dartmouth and an MS in Exercise Science from UMass Amherst. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, building and driving classic cars, perfecting his South Shore Bar Pizza, anything to do with trains, gardening, and raising chickens.
